This week, we traded our hard hats and hi-vis for lifejackets and sunshine — joining the brilliant team at GM Recruitment for a well-earned day on the water. 🌊🛥️

After another incredible year of collaboration, expert advice, and first-class recruitment support, it was the perfect way to reflect, recharge, and strengthen the relationships that keep our industry moving forward.

A huge thank you to George Willis and Mark Foxwell for organising such a fantastic day (and for their patience with my less-than-stellar boat skills — I’ll get there, eventually!). 😄
